Terms of use
These terms of use govern access to and use of the Keep or Replace website, published by Livalyo. By browsing the site, you accept these terms.
1. Access to the site
The site is free to use and requires no account. Livalyo aims to keep it available but cannot guarantee this: access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or technical reasons, without notice.
2. Nature of the information
The product pages, verdicts and scores we publish are decision aids. They rely on cited, dated sources and on a published method. They are indicative only: they are neither personal advice nor a guarantee of a device's condition, lifespan, repairability or price.
Information may be incomplete or change over time. Data we could not verify is shown as "not disclosed". Check anything important with the manufacturer or seller before deciding to buy or repair.
3. Prices, offers and affiliate links
Displayed prices are dated observations and may have changed since. Some links to retailers are affiliate links: Livalyo may earn a commission if you make a purchase, at no extra cost to you. These links are labelled as such. Prices and commissions play no part in verdicts or scores.
4. Links to other sites
The site links to third-party sites: sources, manufacturers, retailers. Livalyo has no control over their content and is not responsible for their information, products or practices.
5. Intellectual property
The site's structure, texts, method, graphics and brand are protected. Any substantial reproduction or reuse, including automated extraction of content, is prohibited without Livalyo's written permission.
Brands and product names mentioned belong to their respective owners. Data from open sources remains subject to its original licence, stated alongside the source.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Livalyo cannot be held liable for damage resulting from use of the site or of the information it contains, or from temporary unavailability. You remain solely responsible for your decisions to buy, repair or replace.
7. Personal data and cookies
You can use the site without providing personal data. Audience measurement is only enabled with your consent, which is optional and can be withdrawn at any time using "Privacy preferences" at the bottom of every page. Refusing does not limit any feature of the site. If you choose a market (country and language) with the site's selector, a functional cookie called "livalyo_context" remembers that choice for 180 days to send you to that market; it is only set at your request, is not used for audience measurement or advertising, and you can delete it from your browser. When audience measurement is active, its details (controller, recipients, retention periods) appear in the "Privacy and audience measurement" section of this page.
To exercise your rights of access, correction or erasure, or to withdraw your consent, write to [email protected]. You may also complain to the CNIL or your local supervisory authority.
8. Reporting an error
Does some information look wrong or out of date? Write to [email protected]. It will be checked and, where needed, corrected.
9. Changes to these terms
Livalyo may change these terms. The applicable version is the one published on this page on the date of your visit.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable solution, the French courts have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.

Privacy and audience measurement
Data controller: Livalyo. Purpose: measure page visits and interactions to improve Livalyo. Legal basis: your optional consent, which you can withdraw using “Privacy preferences” at the bottom of every page. Rejecting does not limit any site feature.
Recipient: Google (Google Analytics 4). After acceptance, Google receives technical data (including your IP address during transport), cookie identifiers, page type, market, language and bounded interactions. Search text, repair quotes, full affiliate links and Livalyo user identifiers are never sent. Data may be processed outside the European Union.
Your choice is stored locally on this device for 180 days. The intended settings limit GA4 cookies to 180 days and event retention to 2 months. Withdrawal removes accessible GA4 cookies and stops new measurement; it does not automatically erase data Google already received.
